Westford Research Journal (WRJ) Submission Criteria
All submissions must adhere to the following criteria to be considered for publication:

• Manuscripts must comply with the attached template; non-compliant papers will not be accepted.
• Submissions should be entirely original and must not have been previously published.
• Papers should demonstrate a clear research methodology and data collection process.
• Submissions should include no more than four authors.
• The Harvard referencing format must be followed for citations and references.
• Selected papers will have the opportunity for open journal publication.
• The manuscript must contain 7,000 words.

Submission Guidelines

Abstract Submission
The abstract should range between 150-200 words and must include 4-5 relevant keywords.
Paper Submission

• Manuscripts must be formatted in A4 size, double-spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), and submitted in MS Word format.
• Research papers should be 7000 words in length.

Suggested Paper Structure

• Introduction
• Literature Review
• Methodology/Approach
• Findings/Results
• Conclusion/Implications
• Recommendations (if applicable)
• TAcknowledgements (if applicable)
• References
• Appendices
• Tables/Figures (appropriately placed within the text)

Formatting

• Headings and subheadings must be short, numbered, and capitalized in title-case with bold formatting.
• Figures, diagrams, and graphs should be editable and numbered consecutively, with the source referenced at the bottom.
• Tables should be editable, numbered consecutively, and labeled above the table, with the source referenced below. Tables should not duplicate graphical results.
• All visuals must be readable, monochromatic, and avoid inserting images of tables/figures into the manuscript.

Referencing
References must adhere to the Harvard referencing style and be arranged alphabetically at the end of the paper.
Peer-Review Process
All manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer review and are expected to meet the scientific criteria established by WRJ.
Language
Manuscripts should be written in English, with consistent usage of either American or British English.
Originality
All submissions must be original, previously unpublished works.
